The full color system has been designed specifically for video and graphic applications.
This system allows, through use of modules in high efficiency LED-technology, to show sequences at 100 Hz frame refresh time (or other input sync.)
The electronic is nowaday capable to manage a complete range of colors and to satisfy the requests of high resolution images perfectly seen also in daylight.
Our video full color display is the right solution in sport and entertainment events, being also an innovative media for advertisement.




SYSTEM CONFIGURATION :


Video interface inside PC

Receiver-controller with luminosity regulation and automatic temperature and color corrector

Cabinet Leds necessary to make the request configuration. Each cabinet has inside full color modules grouped on horizontal and vertical lines, driver display, power supply, 2 thermal switches, 2 fans, 1 temperature sensor.

The modular standard configuration is 256 x 128 pixels.

You don't need particular software to show pictures on the display when you select source PERSONAL COMPUTER mode.

Display is like a monitor with a window of 256 x 128 pixels.

Therefore all information that you show inside this window on the monitor, connects to the PC, are send to the LED display with the refresh time of 100 Hz.

The system can increase or decreases with only add or remove one card inside V01-99, TC01-99 and CABINET LEDS




ESSENTIAL DIFFERENCES AMONG OUR FULL COLOR AND TRADITIONAL ONES:

Hardware line doubling and deinterlacing with space tamporal filters, Nyquist frequence (The nyquist system is a compriming methode, that permits to calculate with a double speed respect to the Video speed, so that the possiblitity of error is just fast zero)
This is one of the most important differences beetween our product and the other ones of the other companies.
Normally one uses standard Video compressor, that takes either the odds pictures or the evens pictures of the frame. With our video compressor we take all the odd and evens pictures and we can reelaborate it with the max resolution and not with a halved one.

Resizing with minimal loss of details and conversion 8-8-8 RGB This type of compression is made with DPS (digital signal processors) and gives us the possibility to calculate the display area, to take the image and to show it after calculating with an algoritmic forms the medium value of the image that the eye should see in this area.
That it means, that if you have a black line in an image to resize with standard video compressor, if it is on the odd picture of the frame, could be loose resizing it.
In our case, we take all the information and if the eye should see grey, we show a grey line in our led display.

Sending of different levels of: Luminosity, Contrast, Chrome, Colour.

Check and remake data in one prograble table (that permits the true live).

Choose for each data in a range of 256 levels for each color with a dinamic scale of 1024 steps, so we have over 16 million of levels that are dynamic and not linear (that has only 256 steps).
This is very important, because the quality of the picture depends on the dynamic.
That it means that we work with 10 bit for each color.

Interface diagnostic line
We use this interface for request the state of the display, when it is requested from our customer. We are one of the less producer in the world that have the diagnostic of the single pixel from a remote place.
Anyway, for the application where it is not important to have a diagnostic of the single pixel from a remote place, we have the diagnostic of the complete panel (Humidity, temperature an so one..)

Check of the external luminosity colours ans also of the temperature and the primary power, then change the value of the luminosity of the display in a programmable mode decided from the application. This particulary is very important, because for istance at 12.00 o'clock the daylight it is not really white, but it is a little bit red: we can balance it on our display sending a white that has in his scale a little bit of blau, so if you see our Led display the white will be very white, also if the other displays with the same daylight influence have a white that is pink.

Possibility to send to the remote centre information about the state of the display and alarms about different type of anomalies (higher temperature, humidity, current....).

Temperature sensor inside each cabinet that sends to local micro information about the temperature.
In case this temperature is critically the micro can set the luminosity to the minimum or reduce completely.
